I have been the organist at Emmanuel since 2007. The pastors and staff at Emmanuel work hard to nurture the personal and spiritual growth of each individual within the congregation, as well as outside its structural walls. Being part of a congregation that is steeped in this atmosphere makes it one of the best reasons for serving at Emmanuel.
My life began in Fort Wayne and I was baptized at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. When I was three, my parents moved to Huntington where my older brother, Tom, and my younger brother, Jacob, and I were raised on a dairy farm.
There were many interests involved in my personal endeavors over the years and I retired from education in 2016 after 44 years of service.
